Field Operator
Weyburn, SaskatchewanOur client, a major oil and gas company is looking for a Contract Field Operator in the South East, Saskatchewan area working on a 9/5 schedule.
Requirements include:

Based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, with a network of locations, Roska serves all of western and northern Canada, plus selected U.S. and international markets, with a primary focus on the Alberta, SK, and B.C. region.
Our Work Force Solutions group works with customers across western Canada to recruit qualified candidates for assignments ranging from emergency callouts to longer term contingent workforce solutions. Our customers rely on us for operational staff, including plant/field operators, turnaround staff, administration and camp support staff.
In addition to fulfilling the contract operating needs of oil and gas producing, midstream and pipeline companies, Roska operates, designs and builds well-site facilities, rents equipment and provides production testing and flowback services using a company-owned well testing fleet. Requirements include:
- 2-5 years experience as a Production Field Operator; gas plant experience an asset
- Operate, monitor, test and optimize oil and gas wells
- Contract Operator with truck and tools preferred
- Strong computer skills
- A disciplined work ethic and ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Valid class 5 license
- Valid safety tickets required (H2S, First Aid)
- Preference given to those with PFO, GPO, OGPO or SOLIS training
- This is a safety sensitive position therefore pre-employment screening required
