Our customer, a major oil and gas company, is currently looking for a Turnaround Administrator with strong Excel skills to support multiple outage projects throughout 2026. This role will play a key part in tracking and managing tickets across several planned outages, ensuring accurate data handling and timely reporting in a fast-paced environment.
Project Schedule
Spring Outages: April 13 – July 10, 2026
Break: Mid-summer
Fall Outages: August 24 – October 9, 2026
Work Schedule
Pre-Outage (first ~3 weeks): Monday to Friday, 8-hour days
Turnaround Execution: 10-hour days
During peak turnaround periods, the TAR Administrator will be required to work straight through (including weekends) to support critical operations. Key execution windows include:
May 3 – May 15
May 6 – May 27
May 20 – June 6
June 14 – June 22
These dates represent the primary turnaround peak period, where multiple projects will be running concurrently.
Post-Turnaround: Return to Monday to Friday schedule through July 10
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage outage/work tickets using Excel-based systems
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across multiple turnaround projects
Generate daily and weekly reports for operations teams
Support coordination between field teams, operations, and maintenance
Ensure data integrity and organization across multiple tracking systems
Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
