Temporary Administrative Support in Grande Prairie

A major oil and gas company is currently seeking a Temporary Administrative Support professional to join their team at their Grande Prairie office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, takes pride in providing excellent service, and is comfortable supporting a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk by greeting and directing visitors
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed
  • Coordinate catering and assist with meeting and event preparation
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
  • Move company vehicles within Grande Prairie when required
  • Occasionally deliver items to out of town office
  • Support the team with various day-to-day office needs
Qualifications:
  • A friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Valid driver’s license and comfort driving within Grande Prairie and occasionally out of town.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience is considered an asset
