MOC and Integrity Planner

Our customer is a leading player in the oil and gas industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality services and solutions while ensuring safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MOC and Integrity Planner to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary: The MOC and Integrity Planner is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Management of Change (MOC) process and ensuring the integrity of assets within the organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies while maintaining the highest levels of safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Management of Change (MOC):

    • Develop, implement, and maintain the MOC process in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.
    • Review and assess proposed changes to processes, equipment, and systems to ensure they are adequately evaluated and managed.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that MOC procedures are followed and that changes are communicated effectively.
    • Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses for proposed changes, identifying potential issues and recommending mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure that all MOC documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
  2. Asset Integrity Management:

    • Develop and implement asset integrity management plans and strategies to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of equipment and infrastructure.
    • Monitor and analyze asset performance data, identifying trends and recommending improvements to enhance asset integrity.
    • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to address integrity issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with integrity management standards and regulations.
Qualifications:   
•     10+ years of Maintenance (Mechanical with focus on E&I equipment) experience.
•     Journeyman certification is desirable
•     10+ years Oil &/or Gas field experience
•     Formal training and certification in SAP PM system is desirable
