Your Role / Key Responsibilities:
As an Event Coordinator/Sales/Marketing Specialist, you will be the creative force behind our events, from conception to execution. You’ll also lead our sales initiatives and contribute to creating innovative marketing campaigns that showcase the unique charm of our top-tier venue.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate functions, social gatherings, and weddings amidst the scenic beauty of our premier facility.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to bring their visions to life, ensuring each event is uniquely tailored and unforgettable.
- Coordinate with top-tier vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure flawless event execution.
- Oversee all event logistics, from scheduling and budgeting to providing on-site support.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and continuously enhance our offerings.
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals that highlight the unique offerings of our venue.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of our destination.
Marketing:
- Implement creative and innovative marketing campaigns to promote our events and services.
- Manage our social media platforms, creating engaging content and fostering a vibrant online community.
- Design eye-catching promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.
- Analyze market trends to refine our marketing strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a cohesive and appealing brand image.
