Facility Turnaround Support Operators
Grande Prairie and other surrounding areas, AlbertaRoska DBO Inc. is looking for Turnaround Support Operators to assist this spring in Grande Prairie and other surrounding areas. Applicants must have hands on experience operating in a natural gas facility. Local candidates are encouraged to apply; however, accommodations can be provided for these roles.

Based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, with a network of locations, Roska serves all of western and northern Canada, plus selected U.S. and international markets, with a primary focus on the Alberta/ B.C. region.
Our Staffing Services group works with customers across western Canada to recruit qualified candidates for assignments ranging from emergency callouts to longer term contingent workforce solutions. Our customers rely on us for operational staff, including plant/field operators, turnaround staff, administration and camp support staff.
In addition to fulfilling the operating needs of oil and gas producing, midstream and pipeline companies, Roska operates, designs and builds well-site facilities, rents equipment and provides production testing and flowback services using a company-owned well testing fleet. Additional requirements include:
- Experience with natural gas plant operations ranging from 2–20+ years (a variety of roles are available)
- Must be able to follow procedures, understand piping and process equipment
- Effectively work in a team environment and take direction from others
- Must be able to work long hours / shifts and put in overtime as required to meet deadlines
- Hold valid safety tickets (Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, Confined Space Entry, and Fall Arrest)
- Hold valid class 5 Driver’s License and clean abstract
- Capable of passing pre-employment drug & alcohol test
