Project Expeditor

Calgary, Alberta
Roska DBO Inc. is currently seeking an experienced contract Project Expeditor to support our client with large-scale industrial projects throughout Western Canada. This position will be based out of the Calgary office on a 5/2 schedule. Occasional travel to project sites and vendor premises will also be required. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively monitoring, managing, and de-risking the supply chain to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment in accordance with project schedules, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor supplier progress for executed purchase orders including engineering, manufacturing, inspections, testing, and shipment
• Track vendor schedules and proactively identify potential delays or supply chain risks
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, logistics, quality control, and project teams
• Maintain accurate updates within Maximo and prepare weekly/monthly expediting reports
• Coordinate inspections with QC teams and third-party inspection agencies
• Support logistics activities including packing lists, shipment readiness, and delivery coordination
• Assist with issue resolution, NCR follow-up, and PO close-out activities


Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 15 years of experience in expediting, procurement, supply chain, or project coordination
• Previous experience in EPC, oil & gas, mining, or industrial project environments preferred
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, manufacturing schedules, and quality management principles
• Experience with Maximo or similar ERP systems considered an asset
• Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to travel and work from site when required
