Field Data Capture Analyst

Calgary, Alberta

Our client, a major oil and gas producer, is currently seeking a contract Field Data Capture Analyst for a 1 year term based in their downtown Calgary office. 

Key Accountabilities:
•    Manage the configuration, support, and upgrade of PM Suite (PVR)
•    Provide practicable solutions or guidance for usage of PM Suite (PVR) based on business workflow and needs
•    Develop operational processes and identify process improvements in a team environment, including utilizing existing FDC Applications functions, and/or customizing new functions using FDC Applications extension framework 
•    Support field operations, production accounting and marketing business areas as required
•    Create and maintain implementation and monitoring plans, operational support models, process documentation, and system/application diagrams

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of industry experience with proficiency in PM Suite (PVR) required
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills with good attention to detail
  • The following would be considered an asset:
    • Heavy Oil, Conventional, and Oil and Gas industry knowledge required 
    • PVR Upgrade Experience
    • Experience with SQL and relational databases
    • Experience working in an Agile environment
    • Familiarity with various platforms including Windows, UNIX, & Linux
