Integrity Maintenance Planner

Fort St.John, BC

We are supporting our client in search of a Integrity Maintenance Planner for the Fort St.John area.   The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure integrity-related maintenance activities are planned and executed safely, compliantly, and efficiently in alignment with company standards.  This position is a Monday-Friday schedule with 8 hour days. 

Key Responsibilities
• Plan integrity-specific maintenance tasks within the companies CMMS system (SAP S/4HANA)
• Develop high-quality maintenance plans, job packages, and work scopes for corrective and proactive maintenance
• Plan and coordinate internal and external vessel inspections
• Plan and coordinate PSV inspections, servicing, and recertification activities
• Coordinate with the companies Integrity Team based in Fort St. John and Calgary
• Work with external inspection and maintenance contractors
• Ensure compliance with the companies engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and integrity strategies
• Verify work readiness including materials, permits, resources, and sequencing
• Support continuous improvement in integrity planning and execution
 
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance planning, integrity, or operations
• Strong background in operations and asset integrity
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred) or IBM Maximo
• Knowledge of pressure vessels, piping integrity, and PSV programs
• Experience working with internal teams and external contractors
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
