Roska DBO Inc. is hiring a Logistics Summer Student to support our North Grande Prairie operations. This is a hands-on role working both indoors and outdoors—ideal for someone who likes to stay active, learn practical skills, and be part of a hardworking team.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role supports day-to-day logistics and yard operations. No two days are the same.
Roska DBO Inc. is a customer-focused operations company with a 30+ years track record offering expertise in production and equipment solutions on well sites and facilities. Based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, with a network of locations, Roska serves all of Western and Northern Canada, plus selected U.S. and international markets, with a primary focus on the Alberta/BC region.
In addition to fulfilling the contract operating needs of oil and gas producing, midstream and pipeline companies, Roska Designs, Builds and Operates well-site facilities, rents equipment and provides Production Testing and flowback services using a company-owned well testing fleet. What You’ll Be Doing
This role supports day-to-day logistics and yard operations. No two days are the same.
- General cleaning and upkeep of the shop, yard, and parking areas
- Grass cutting, weed trimming, and basic landscaping
- Snow removal (depending on timing/conditions)
- Vehicle detailing and basic upkeep
- Picking up and delivering parts, tools, and safety equipment in Grande Prairie
- Assisting with shop organization and equipment handling
- Supporting team events (BBQs, setup, etc.)
- Helping with minor repairs, trailer handling, and general labour tasks
- Someone reliable who shows up and works hard
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting, standing, working outdoors)
- Organized and able to follow direction without constant supervision
- Basic mechanical interest or willingness to learn
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
- Able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screening
- Previous labour, yard, or equipment experience is an asset (not required)
