Temporary Administrative Support in Grande Prairie
Grande Prairie, ABA major oil and gas company is currently seeking a Temporary Administrative Support professional to join their team at their Grande Prairie office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office environment, takes pride in providing excellent service, and is comfortable supporting a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Based in Grande Prairie, Alberta, with a network of locations, Roska serves all of western and northern Canada, plus selected U.S. and international markets, with a primary focus on the Alberta/ B.C. region.
Our Workforce Solutions group works with customers across western Canada to recruit qualified candidates for both assignments ranging from emergency callouts to longer term contingent workforce solutions.
In addition to fulfilling the operating needs of oil and gas producing, midstream and pipeline companies, Roska operates, designs and builds well-site facilities, rents equipment and provides production testing and flowback services using a company-owned well testing fleet. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk by greeting and directing visitors
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed
- Coordinate catering and assist with meeting and event preparation
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
- Move company vehicles within Grande Prairie when required
- Occasionally deliver items to out of town office
- Support the team with various day-to-day office needs
- A friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed
- Valid driver’s license and comfort driving within Grande Prairie and occasionally out of town.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is considered an asset
