Roska DBO Inc. is currently seeking an
Office Administrator for our busy client located in St. Albert, AB. This is an office-based position on a Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support with data entry, document review and accounts payable.
- Preparation of reports
- Data input and analysis
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, executives and visitors at all times
Qualifications:
- 2+ years administration experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe with the capability to learn new programs quickly.
- Experience with Open Invoice, PM Suite and Maximo considered an asset
- Preference given to those with post secondary education in office adminstration or other relevant continuous education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail orientated
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a self-starter and team player
