Office Administrator

Our client, a major oil and gas company, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Administrator in their Brooks, AB office. This is a 3 month contract position with the possibility of extension. This is an office-based position working Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day. 

RESPONSIBILITIES may include:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Safety Ticket tracking
  • Data Entry
  • General office administration including:
    • Incoming/outgoing mail
    • Meeting minutes
    • Organize meetings
    • Photocopying
    • Reception
    • Office supply inventory
 QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous Administration/Customer Service experience preferred
  • Minimum Grade 12 Education; Post-secondary education in Business Administration a definite asset
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organized
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written)
