Gas Plant Operator
Whitecourt, AlbertaA major oil and gas company is looking for a Gas Plant Operator to join their busy facility near Whitecourt, AB. The successful candidate will be working in a modern NGL plant producing ethane, propane and condensate. This position runs on an 8/6 rotation, working 10 hour days and nights. Candidates must have hands on experience operating in a natural gas facility.
Skills Requirement:
- 3rd class power engineering a asset
- 2 - 5 years of gas plant operations experience
- Experience with NGL's and hydrocarbons
- Must be able to follow procedures, understand piping and process equipment
- Preference would be given to applicants with strong processing facilities experience
- Must be a self-starter who can work with little to no supervision
- Valid safety tickets and a clean driving abstract
- Capable of passing pre-employment drug & alcohol test
