Our Workforce Solutions group works with customers across western Canada to recruit qualified candidates for assignments ranging from emergency callouts to longer term contingent workforce solutions. Our customers rely on us for operational staff, including plant/field operators, turnaround staff, administration and camp support staff.
In addition to fulfilling the contract operating needs of oil and gas producing, midstream and pipeline companies, Roska Designs, Builds and Operates well-site facilities, rents equipment and provides Production Testing and flowback services using a company-owned well testing fleet. Field Operator
Fox Creek, AlbertaRoska DBO Inc. is currently looking for a Field Operator for our client based in the Fox Creek, AB. area. The field is south of Fox Creek running on an 8/6, 10 hrs per day schedule. Successful candidates will be responsible for various field operating duties involving sweet and sour oil and gas wells including compression, oil batteries, plunger lifts, etc. Camp accommodations are provided.
Requirements include:
- 5-8 year’s experience as an oil and gas field operator preferred
- Must be a team player with strong leadership and communication skills
- Self –motivated, open-minded and results oriented
- Must be able to troubleshoot and handle issues as they arise
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and safety tickets (First Aid, H2S, etc.)
- Must be capable of operating an ATV when required
- Capable of passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Contractor Operator with truck and tools preferred
