Temporary Administrative Assistant

Swift Current, Saskatchewan
Roska DBO Inc. is currently seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for our busy client located in the Swift Current, SK area.  This position is a leave coverage and will be for a 1 month term with the possibility of extension.  
  • Detail tracking of waste manifests, filing and annual report preparation; 
  • Support tracking and updating work completion reports in relation to the Equipment Maintenance Program;
  • Coordinate ground disturbance documentation support for field operations; 
  • Update and maintain corporate contact lists;
  • Process staff expense and PCard reports;
  • Generate purchase orders for the district;
  • Maintain and update safety course data base;
  • Prepare and distribute various month end reports; and
  • General office duties as assigned.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel;
  • Able to contribute within a team environment;
  • Possess excellent organizational skills;
  • Demonstrates a high level of motivation with excellent communication skills;
  • Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic
  • Enjoys working in a busy office environment.
