Our client, an oil and gas producer, is looking for an Operations Maintenance Coordinator based out of the Ft. St. John area. This position will run on a 4/3 schedule and the successful candidate will be based out of Fort St John. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is central to ensuring the efficient coordination and execution of maintenance activities, projects, and budgetary considerations within our facility. The position is tailored for a proactive individual with a foundational understanding of maintenance operations, project coordination, and budget management. Familiarity with central production treatment/storage/compression facilities, water injection pumps, and related equipment would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs.
Assist in the development and management of the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Support project management activities, from initial planning to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain and update maintenance records, ensuring accurate documentation of all activities and equipment histories.
Assist in the procurement of maintenance materials and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Participate in safety and regulatory audits, ensuring maintenance activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with the finance team to track and report on maintenance-related expenditures.
Provide support in troubleshooting and addressing maintenance-related issues.
Assist in training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of the maintenance team.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or another related Engineering discipline.
10+ years of related experience in reliability, maintenance & engineering, preferably in gas processing or a related industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reliability analysis software and tools.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
Ability to demonstrate computer literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant engineering software.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
