Compressor Operator

Grande Prairie, Alberta
Roska DBO Inc. is seeking an experienced Compressor Operator to be based out of our Grande Prairie locations. This position may require you to stay in camp and shift will vary. This vital role will support the Operations Solutions Business Unit, within RDBO's dynamic and growing organization.
Skills required:
  • High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work activities and function within tight time schedules
  • The ability to work independently with good judgment to seek support and guidance when appropriate
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining quick and timely responses to a high volume of phone calls and emails
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and listening skills
Experience:
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry in construction or maintenance is considered an asset.
  • Proven track record of exceptional internal and external customer service
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an Oil & Gas Operator is an asset
  • Contract Operators Preferred, with their own truck and tools are strongly preferred
Education/Certification Required:
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License and clean driver’s abstract
  • Current Safety Tickets (First Aid, H2S, TDG, WHMIS, CSO)
  • High School Diploma or GED required and legally entitled to work in Canada. (A copy of a valid work permit may be required.)
  • Capable of passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
