A major oil and gas company is looking for an Administrator for their Olds, AB office. This position will be full-time and run Monday to Friday, 8 hour days. Key duties include:
  • Assist Dispatch by performing form a variety of administrative tasks accounts 
  • Data entry into various data management systems
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong data entry background
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Able to work in a highly organized manner where detail and accuracy are critical
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
  • Ability to adapt to different changes in billing and invoicing
