A major oil and gas company is looking for an Administrator for their Olds, AB office. This position will be full-time and run Monday to Friday, 8 hour days. Key duties include:
- Assist Dispatch by performing form a variety of administrative tasks accounts
- Data entry into various data management systems
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong data entry background
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Able to work in a highly organized manner where detail and accuracy are critical
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Ability to adapt to different changes in billing and invoicing
