Journeyman Millwright/ Heavy Duty Mechanic

Roska DBO is looking for a Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic and/or Journeyman Millwright
to join our Grande Prairie team. This is a full-time, permanent position working M-F, 8am -5pm. There will be times that project work will demand additional hours including possible travel out of town.

We are looking for a quality candidate that is:
  • Safety Oriented
  • A self starter with attention to detail
  • Has strong computer skills (word, excel, etc.). 
  • Flexible and motivated to work on their own or within a team environment
  • Able to provide a clean drivers abstract; class 5 licence (no GDL) 
  • Comfortable working in the field as well as in the yard/shop supporting the equipment
The successful Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic or Journeyman Millwright will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, overhauling and ensuring the successful start up of the following types of equipment:
  • Natural Gas Compression (reciprocating & screw compressors)
  • Natural Gas Powered Generators
  • Diesel Powered Generators
  • Progressive Cavity Pumps
  • Centrifugal Pumps
  • Positive Displacement Pumps
  • Instrument Air Packages (reciprocating and screw compressors)
