Administration/Accounting Support
Position requirements:

- Highly organized, self starter that is able to multi task

- Able to keep confidential information

- Willing to take on additional work

Role and responsibilities

  • Greeting clients, answering calls, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel
  • Issue, track and maintain purchase order systems
  • Submit Accounts Receivable invoices & statements
  • Data entry of Accounts Payable
  • Assist in some accounting duties
  • Input employee time on a weekly basis
  • Issue job numbers as needed and ensure all information is collected
  • Maintain job folders
  • Maintain and track fuel card log / sign out
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Keeping the reception area clean and tidy, coffee station organized, stocked and clean. 
  • Assist with bid preparation
  • Submit drivers abstracts and file in Safety Files
  • Maintain personnel Safety Files – hard copy and electronic
  • Scan safety meetings and hazard assessments to job files
  • Receiving and organizing safety documentation
  • Organize and maintain unit files, including scanning incoming invoices for safety related equipment or services for specific jobs to job files
  • Mileage logs
